Manager & Lead Designer
With more than 22 years of design experience and a degree in Design Drafting, Andrea combines technical expertise with creativity to develop cabinetry solutions that are both practical and visually appealing.
She is known for listening closely to each client, understanding their vision and guiding the project with clear communication, attention to detail and professionalism. As Ragan Cabinets’ Manager and Lead Designer, Andrea also takes pride in mentoring the team and maintaining a culture centered on precision, quality and care.

Outside Sales Designer
Christy has worked in the design industry since 1996 and has focused exclusively on kitchen and bath design since 2019. Her approach begins with understanding each client’s vision, lifestyle and budget, then helping them find cabinetry solutions that fit the project both beautifully and practically.
From new construction and remodeling projects to smaller updates, Christy focuses on making the design process enjoyable while providing personalized service and solutions clients can feel confident about.
